Refund & Return Policy

At RIGATEE (a unit of The One Seller LLC), customer satisfaction is important to us. Since each of our products is made to order through print-on-demand (POD), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

A clear photo of the item (showing the defect or issue)

Description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are custom-made, the following are not eligible for return:

Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before ordering)

Change of mind

Shipping delays out of our control
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the production process begins and cancellations will not be possible.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
